Cinnamon is a common spice that is known to possess a number of health benefits. One of it’s strenghts lies in it’s boosting digestive health and metabolism. It also helps balance the body’s sugar levels. This leads to appetite suppression and helpful in promoting a weight loss program. Excess calories are effectively burnt resulting in weight loss. It’s normally incorporated as an ingredient in a number of recipes for weight loss programs.

Cinnamon Recipe for Weight Loss
The ingredients required include:
1. A mug of boiled water

2. A teaspoonful of cinnamon powder

3. A tablespoon of pure honey

Procedure of Usage:
In the mug of hot water add a teaspoon of cinnamon powder. Let it steep for about 20 minutes. Add a teaspoon of the pure honey.
Take 1/2 mug in the morning before breakfast and then the other half 45 minutes after supper.
Watch your weight by incorporating other appropriate fitness and excercise programs for better and faster results. Watch your diet too by avoiding processed and refined junk foods that promote obesity.
